ALLIA capitalises on its experience acquired over four decades to be able to diversify its markets and, hence, nowadays to work equally for the nuclear, petrochemical, energy and oil & gas markets. Furthermore, we perform thermal sizing for tubular exchangers, mechanical sizing in accordance to various manufacturing standards, 3D modelling or even structure and flexibility calculations. Our skills regarding quality and welding as well as the experience of our project management team create a real agility to perform our projects. Finally, we have modern and regularly updated production tools which enable us to guarantee optimum performance on all types of equipment and materials.

A pledge of performance

Created more than 20 years ago and situated 1h30 away from Warsaw, the IWF Group’s subsidiary ALLIA Poland, supports its customers in their industrial development throughout Eastern Europe. Pressure vessel manufacturer, pipe fitter and installer, the Polish entity performs assemblies in a 3500 m² manufacturing workshop.

Bespoke equipment design is performed by the French ALLIA drawing office regarding process, thermal and mechanical sizing as well as structural design and welding procedures. From construction to installation, ALLIA Poland assists you in your projects, in accordance with regulations and standards applicable in the destination country.

A French company created in 1985, ALPHAPLATRE was originally specialised in the development of gypsum blocks units. Over the years, Alphaplatre has evolved and today offers a real support to the plaster industry.

ALPHAPLATRE relies on several structures in France and abroad, including its headquarters in Paris. A network of international sales representatives enables us to maintain the contact with their customers and therefore to carry out projects in many countries around the world.

FIPE, Industrial metalwork

Created in 2014, FIPE specialises in the manufacturing of metallic structures and vessels. Based in China’s Shandong province, FIPE is located in the city of Rushan.

Modernity et Performance

French quality on the other side of the world

Today, FIPE’s manufacturing workshop is the largest of the IWF Group. With 15 000 m² surface, 140 m length and 16 m height, the group is able to fulfil large orders. Moreover, the workshop is equipped with a 100 m long loading dock with more than 6 m draught.

Our Chinese production facility features modern machinery (3-head oxy-fuel plasma cutting machine, welding robot, steel roller...) and adapted handling equipment (60 tonne overhead crane, 30 x 24 m assembly pit...).

Concerned with ensuring quality control of all the handled projects, FIPE holds several certifications such as: EN1090-2+A1:2011 EXC3 as well as ASME VIII Div.1 STAMP U.

GRELBEX was founded in 1832. With proven experience of nearly two centuries, this French company specialises in the design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of industrial equipment.

Expert in bulk product treatment, GRELBEX offers a large range of rotary equipment for all type of projects relating to drying, cooling, coating, granulating or even blending. This diversified offer enables them to be present in numerous areas of activity such as mineral treatment, fertiliser production, food processing industry, bio-energy as well as speciality chemicals.

Since its creation, GRELBEX has been designing and manufacturing a wide range of thermal process equipment. Customised for each project,

these drums are manufactured according to specific strategic axes: thermal power / Material-Steel used / Internal components / Load calculations. They have also developed their know-how of natural conglomeration and coating to design equipment such as pelletizing disks or granulating drums. In-depth knowledge of the various minerals and their behaviour, associated to an internal lab, enables us to design and manufacture suitable equipment to each project specific requirements.

GUPSOS, engineering company specialised in the design and manufacturing of industrial and thermal equipment. Our team of Engineers and Technicians have the ability and flexibility required to rapidly transform new ideas into adapted and efficient solutions.

Gypsum specialist

GUPSOS assists its Clients from the design study phase to the finished product development: equipment design, drawings, assembly, commissioning and start-up in France and abroad.

It manufactures equipment along with complete plaster production factories from crushing raw material (gypsum) to packing (bagging), with various types of kilns respecting high standards of quality and innovation.

The BEAU type Kiln, flagship of GUPSOS’ poduct range, indirect firing rotary horizontal kiln is intended for the production of all types of BETA hemihydrate plasters. Its patented process enables:

- Constant using time which can be long or short according to the settings;
- Perfectly clean plasters, without any trace of pollution;
- Really white plaster.

LA STEPHANOISE, Underground mine and quarries equipment supplier

With a century of experience, innovation and manufacturing, LA STEPHANOISE  is specialised in mining, chain conveyors, belt conveyors, longwall material and breaking for underground mining.

A historical support

LA STEPHANOISE is primarily an historical know-how. Due to its proximity to the Loire basin, this Saint Etienner’s company has been involved in mining equipment, at first specialising in well equipment and manufacturing belt conveyors.

Thereafter, thanks to the close cooperation between the operators and its design office, LA STEPHANOISE has actively developed equipment intended for underground work in France and in the world.

The manufacturing range has thus gradually expanded.

Hence, the range of products has gradually expanded as besides belt conveyors, the range now includes apron feeders, breakers, shearing machines, etc.…

LA STEPHANOISE embodies and reflects more than one century of experience originally acquired equipping the oldest French coal fields, and then other mining areas but also in its others activities.
